After contacting their previous IT provider and being told to look for another provider, i.t.s. was contacted for a resolution. With the servers hard drives dead and no backup solution in place the only solution was to send the hard drives out for recovery in a clean room environment. Utilizing their Partner/Vendor relations, i.t.s. was able to recover all their data as well as get them back up and running within 2 weeks of a full catastrophic failure with no data loss.
