When the time came to face the decision of upgrade or replace, Burke and Casserly found themselves without guidance that's where i.t.s. came in.... 

While they weren't unhappy with their current provider they felt that themselves providing direction to their contract service provider.  After several meetings with a number of possible providers, intelligent technology solutions, inc. was selected.  Initially Burke and Casserly started slow and just wanted a quote for a server replacement because after all this was a major undertaking for a firm of their size.  However after the inital project meetings and realizing the insight and leadership that i.t.s. was providing it was decided that i.t.s. would be their Managed Services Partner rather than just a vendor. 

intelligent technology solutions provides a full suite of services for all their technology needs including managing their existing relationships for Voice and Data, Phone Systems, and Web Services.  Since the initial server migration, i.t.s. has completed a full Data/Voice Provider evaluation/selection and implementation.  Additionally Burke and Casserly is now operating on Remly Communications SpamGuard spam protection.
